Now Accepting Residency Applications
Meet the S.S. Minnow, our mobile vending unit. Not quite a food truck, not quite a cart, she gives you counter space, storage, a refrigerator, and a handwash sink to build and serve your menu. She sits right on The Merchant's patio, so you've also got access to our bathroom and 3-compartment sink. There's no built-in stove or hood, but you're welcome to bring your own equipment like hot plates. Fryers and BBQs are welcome too, just set up in our designated outdoor area.
You've probably seen her outside The Merchant slinging breakfast burritos Thursday through Sunday, or at winter markets serving chili, hot cocoa, and baked potatoes. She's been part of our story for the last few years, and now we're opening her up to be part of yours too.
