  • Experience: At least 1 year of barista experience in a coffee-centric setting, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and customer service.

  • Coffee Knowledge: Basic knowledge of traditional espresso-based drinks and brewing techniques.

  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the quality and consistency of the product.

  • Multitasking & Organization: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks under pressure.

  • Time Management: Proven time management skills to efficiently manage tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

  • Reliable Transportation: Dependable transportation to ensure punctuality and consistent attendance.

  • Team Player: A collaborative team player with excellent listening skills who can follow instructions and contribute to a positive workspace.

  • Attention to Detail: Precision in measurements, consistency in product quality, and strict adherence to recipes and procedures.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and move around continuously in a dynamic environment.

  • Food Safety Commitment: Dedication to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and safe workspace at all times.
