What You'll Be Doing

No two shifts look exactly the same here, and that's kind of the point.

You'll be:

  • Crafting espresso drinks and specialty beverages with precision and consistency

  • Serving and educating customers on our pastry selection , knowing what pairs well with their drink and making a recommendation that keeps them coming back for more

  • Keeping up with a fast-paced floor without losing your cool or your smile

  • Making customers feel genuinely welcomed, not just served

  • Holding down the fort alongside a tight-knit team that has each other's backs

  • Keeping your the shop in tip top shape, organized, and food-safe at all times

You're Our Kind of Person If...

  • You have at least 1 year of barista experience and actually love what coffee can do for someone's day

  • You understand the importance of learning and knowing our menu inside and out - our drinks, our pastries, all of it. An informed team member is our best salesperson. When you know the product, you can make genuine recommendations and give customers the confidence to try something new

  • You're reliable - your team is counting on you and you take that seriously

  • You show up, do the work, and bring good energy without being asked

  • When something goes wrong, you fix it - you don't just talk about it

  • You're flexible with weekends and holidays because you understand that's the gig

  • You leave drama at the door and lift the room instead of bringing it down

  • You're hardworking, friendly, and the kind of teammate people are glad to work with

  • You see a mess, you clean it - period. We work in food and we take that seriously. Dirt, grime, and spills don't wait for the next person. If you see it, you own it.

Honest Note

This is a part-time role with a schedule that gives you plenty of breathing room. We're not asking for everything, just consistency and respect for your team. If you're someone who calls out often, needs constant time off or changing their availability often this probably isn't the right fit.
