Job Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of baking, including how to use a scale and follow fundamental mixing steps

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the quality and consistency of the product.

  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks under pressure.

  • Time management skills, with the ability to manage your own tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

  • A team player with excellent listening skills who can follow instructions and contribute to a collaborative and positive workspace.

  • Attention to detail, ensuring precision in measurements, consistency in product quality, and adherence to recipes and procedures.

  • Physical stamina, as the role may require standing for long periods, lifting heavy bags of ingredients, and working in a warm environment.

  • Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and safe workspace at all times.

  • Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and adapt.
