Right here in-house, on an all-electric, ventless roaster. No gas lines, no smokestack, no fossil fuels involved. Just a plug and a whole lot of flavor.

Traditional roasters burn gas and vent exhaust into the air. Ours doesn't. Our roasting process cuts the carbon footprint of each batch by around 90% compared to conventional roasting, so every cup you drink here comes from something a lot kinder to the planet.

It's a small choice with a real impact. And it means the coffee in your cup was roasted fresh, close by, and clean.
